Instructor-Led Classes
The following rules are effective for all programs. Please call our office for further clarification.
Rescheduling Requests:
Requests are only accepted by phone. Emails or text messages for rescheduling will not be processed.
- 5+ Business Days Notice: Students may reschedule at no charge, subject to class availability.
- Within 5 Business Days: Requests made with less than 5 business days' notice are subject to a $80.00 rescheduling fee.
- Failure to Attend (No Show): Students who miss a scheduled class without prior notice are subject to a $80.00 fee per missed day.
Attendance Requirements:
Students who miss more than two class sessions or fail to show without approval will be expelled and forfeit their enrollment. Live classes must be completed within the original allotted timeframe.
Late Arrival & Early Departure
Late arrivals are not permitted. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early. Students arriving late will not be admitted and will incur the $80.00 rescheduling fee.
Early departure is likewise not permitted. Students who leave before the scheduled end time will not receive attendance credit.
School Cancellations
In the event of a school-initiated cancellation, students may transfer to another session or request a full refund. The school assumes no liability for incidental costs (travel, etc.) incurred due to a cancellation.
Course Expirations
- Live Classes: Expire on the scheduled end date of the session. No partial credit is given for incomplete classes.
- Self-Study Courses: Expire twelve (12) months after the date of enrollment.
- Extensions: Pre-license courses may be extended for 3 months (fee applies) if requested before the expiration date. Courses cannot be extended once 3 months have passed since expiration.
